FEINSTEIN’S/54 BELOW, Broadway’s Supper Club, presents George Rae in “Life is a Caba-RAE: A Scot in New York!” on Monday February 5, 2018 at 9.30 pm. Recalling anecdotes from his blossoming career beginning as a young Scot in London, George performs songs that have defined him as a personality within the London musical theatre circuit and also some more personal Celtic music.
Featured guest artists include Broadway star and Laurence Olivier Award winner Stephen Ashfield (The Book of Mormon), Valerie Cutko (Tommy Tune’s Grand Hotel), Morgan Keene (Disney’s 1st National Broadway Tour of Newsies) and music from Joshua Schmidt – the composer of the award winning Adding Machine: A Musical (2008 Lucille Lortel Award and Outer Critics Circle Award winner). Music direction by London composer Matheson Bayley. Produced by Amy Martinez-Miller and Joshua Schmidt. Tony Award winning final special guest to be formally announced at a later date.
