54 BELOW, Broadway’s Supper Club, presents LOVE SONGS for VDAY on February 14th, 2015.
LOVE SONGS at 54 Below is back! The concert features an all female cast singing songs from across the musical theatre spectrum about, well, love. The love we make, the love we take, the love we find, and the love we hold onto – this evening will see and sing us through it all.
A portion of the proceeds will go to benefit VDAY; V-Day is a global movement to end violence against women and girls through benefit productions of Eve Ensler’s The Vagina Monologues and other artistic works.
V-Day is a global activist movement to end violence against women and girls. V-Day is a catalyst that promotes creative events to increase awareness, raise money, and revitalize the spirit of existing anti-violence organizations. V-Day generates broader attention for the fight to stop violence against women and girls, including rape, battery, incest, female genital mutilation (FGM), and sex slavery.
The cast of fabulous females features Loni Ackerman (Evita, Cats), Lauren Elder (Side Show, Hair), Kerri George, Melissa Rose Hirsch (The Bad Years), Jessica Kahkoska (Miles and Me), Hannah Kloepfer (Driving with Idiots), Happy McPartlin (Hands on a Hardbody), Marissa Miller (Wicked Nat’l Tour), Ashley Moniz (Sister Act Nat’l Tour), Jessica Mortellaro, Monet Sabel, Emily Tyra (Flesh and Bone, Nice Work If You Can Get It), and Stephanie Turci, with additional special guests to be announced.

M O R E about 54
54 BELOW, Broadway’s Supper Club, is the new performance venue in the grand tradition of New York City nightlife. A few blocks from the heart of Times Square and just below the legendary Studio 54, 54 BELOW is a classically designed state-of-the art nightclub in the theatre district that hosts audiences with warmth and style. The venue provides a food and beverage menu from early evening through the wee hours of the morning that is worthy of the world-class entertainment on the stage. In their description of 54 BELOW, The New York Times writes “the club has the intimacy of a large living room with unimpeded views and impeccable sound; there is not a bad seat. Its sultry after-hours ambience is enhanced by brocade-patterned wall panels planted with orange-shaded lanterns. And the atmosphere is warmer and sexier than in Manhattan’s other major supper clubs.” Located at 254 West 54th Street, 54 BELOW features up to three shows nightly with cover charges ranging from $15-$95.
