Hello Beautiful People,
The first ever Write Teacher(s) Concert, Lucky Disaster, was quite a success. It was a tribute to the singers, the composers, and the beauty of live theater, musical theater, and the pulse of New York City. And so, I’m pleased to introduce y’all to one of the newest projects of The Write Teacher(s), the Lucky Disaster Concert Serie(s).
On January 6th, 2014, the second concert in this series will take place, Lucky Disaster 202: Featuring the Music & Lyrics of Drew Overcash and Rob Rokicki with the Words of The Write Teacher(s).
I have come to know Drew and Rob as friends, I admire them tremendously as colleagues, and I CANNOT WAIT FOR THIS CONCERT.
Forgive the caps, but I’m super excited.
Here are the details:
Lucky Disaster: The Music & Lyrics of Drew Overcash and Rob Rokicki with the words of The Write Teacher(s) will play on Monday, January 6th.
It all takes place at the Manhattan classic cabaret, Don’t Tell Mama.
Show starts at 7:30PM, and seating begins at 7:00PM.
The phenomenal cast features Nic Casaula, Christopher Hlinka, Jacob Samuels, Taylor Sorice and Stephanie Turci, with musical direction by Will Buck.
And yes, it is directed and produced by yours truly.
