Award winning monologist Bob Brader’s new solo show, Smoker will have its World Premiere at the 6th Annual United Solo Festival on October 16th. The show is from the award-winning creative team, Bob Brader (writer/performer) and Suzanne Bachner (director/developer) whose previous work includes Bob Brader’s shows Preparation Hex and the multi award winning Spitting In The Face Of The Devil. Both productions toured the U.S. and Canada to massive critical acclaim and Spitting In The Face Of The Devil is a 6-Time Best of Fest Award-Winner. The show is being produced by John Montgomery Theatre Company.
Smoker is the story of Bob’s 28-year love affair with smoking, his fear of being without cigarettes and losing himself, and the love that got him to try to quit.
A portion of all proceeds will be donated to the American Cancer Society.
Bob Brader & Suzanne Bachner are both members of the United Solo Academy (instead United Solo Academy Members) and have been involved with the United Solo Theatre Festival since its inception in 2010.
