Dan Gonon joins the cast of DUETS with The Write Teacher(s) Volume 7 at Feinstein’s/54 Below on April 12th!
Dan Gonon is an actor and singer based in NYC. He’ll soon appear as Lem/Gene in Steerage, a new musical by Julian Mesri and directed by Alex Hare. He will appear in Cinestone Pictures’ upcoming feature Noise and Color.
Dan was a founding member of Battalion Theatre, and he presented TRAMP(ED), a one-man show in which he played Charlie Chaplin, as part of the United Solo Festival on Theatre Row. Other credits include Maycomb/Kurt in the NY premiere of Unhealthy by Darren Caulley and Evan in the world premiere of Ecology of a Visit by Brendan Pulsue.
A graduate of Brown University, Dan studied both theatre and international relations, a product of growing up all over the world— Spain, Puerto Rico, France, Singapore. He has continued his training at HB Studio and with Bob Krakower. www.dangonon.com IG:
Conceived and produced by Megan Minutillo (in association with thewriteteachers.com), the evening will feature music from across the musical theatre canon, pairing one Broadway singer with one Broadway hopeful.
