Art House Astoria presents Michael Campayno (Wicked, Sound of Music Live!) , Julia Mattison (Godspell, Brooklyn Sound), and Marissa Mulder (2014 MAC award winner) on October 8th at 7pm at the Laurie Beechman Theatre. The featured artists will perform for an intimate night of song to help raise money for Art House Astoria, a 510(c)(3) nonprofit with a mission of providing quality arts education to Queens and NYC communities.
Art House Astoria has been an active part of the Astoria neighborhood since the Fall of 2009. Our mission has been to bring affordable art and music education to Astoria and the surrounding Queens area.
We employ quality, NYC-based instructors who possess great energy and passion for their art. We offer Private and Group lessons from Toddler to Adult and as such, the variety of group classes lowers the cost for individual students. Art House Astoria also offers a variety of discounts including multiple lesson discounts and family discounts.
All are welcome at Art House Astoria. We offer a friendly and inviting environment that encourages students of all ages and skill levels to discover their own talents.
For Art’s Sake: A Benefit plays The Laurie Beechman Theatre (407 W. 42nd Street) October 8, 2017. There is a $25 cover charge and $20 food and beverage minimum.
