The Department of Theatre & Dance at the University of Colorado Boulder invites applications for a tenure-track appointment, Assistant Professor in Performance Studies, with a preferred secondary emphasis in Latino/a Theatre and Performance, to begin August 2016. Successful candidates will possess effective collaborative skills, an interest in interdisciplinary initiatives, and enthusiasm for teaching, mentoring, and advising a diverse population of graduate and undergraduate students. Qualifications: terminal degree (Ph.D.) and university teaching experience.
Responsibilities include: teaching two courses (graduate and undergraduate) per semester, advising students, building an active professional presence, and participating in service at the Department and college level. We seek candidates who can contribute to the diversity and excellence of UCB through their teaching, research/creative work, and service.
