Bobby’s current projects include a contemporary, pop/rock driven original new musical called W2ML (WELCOME TO MY LIFE); THE CONCRETE JUNGLE, a romantic musical comedy loosely based on Cyrano, set in NYC and updated with a female twist; ‘TIL DEATH DO US PART, which was awarded the 2012 Alec Baldwin Fellowship, is a large musical about the seemingly perfect relationship of 5th generation Southern Baptist preacher Matthew Whitfield and his forward-thinking wife Grace, that leads ends in murder; and SUNSET CITY, which will be headed to The Running Deer Theatre Lab August 2013 led by Tony winning producer Brisa Trinchero, a musical comedy about Allan Budde who has worked in the Sunset City Retirement Community since he was 15-years old, and now at 30-years old and the manager of the establishment, Sunset City is faced with foreclosure leading the elderly residents to “put on a show” and save their community. As an educator, Bobby has taught all over England and America. Specializing in contemporary musical theatre acting/singing, audition technique, and the business of networking, Cronin has given master classes at schools like The Royal Academy of Music London, SLP in Leeds, Reade College in Reading, Arts Ed London, CAP21/NYU, and theatres such as Northern Stage, VT (where he was the head of the education program and taught numerous classes for students ranging from 10 – 21 years old) and Stoneham Theatre, MA. Bobby Cronin is a graduate of Yale University where he was awarded the prestigious Michael P. Manzella Award for Excellence in Arts, Scholastics and Character. Megan Minutillo is a playwright, director, writer, and teacher living in New York. She studied Philosophy, Politics, Law and theatre at Binghamton University. After graduation, she went on to receive her M.A. from NYU in Educational Theatre and English Education. She has taught in New York City, Rocky Point, and Southampton, New York. Her most recent plays, (Ghosts in My Vodka, and H…), have been presented at the Manhattan Repertory Theatre in New York City. Megan continues to direct productions for the Young American Writers Project, of Stony Brook Southampton University, as various productions in high schools and communities throughout New York. Megan has run the PR and Marketing campaign for Love Slap! and Michael in Room 2, as well as The Vagina Monologues at HERE, a V-Day benefit performance that is part of the One Billion Rising Campaign. She recently made her way back onstage at the Performing the World Conference as The Woman in White in Collateral Bodies, written by Erin Rachel Kaplan. Drew Overcash is a born and raised Midwestern boy living and working in New York City. His musical Boys Vs. Girls recently had it’s Broadway Cast reading in NYC and has now been optioned for production. Overcash is also a co-producer on “Spot-light on St. Jude”, raising money for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, which raised over $101,000 for the organization. Bret Shuford is an accomplished Performer on Broadway and onscreen, a blogger at bretshuford.com, and is currently residing in New York City. Bret made his Broadway Debut in Chitty Chitty Bang Bang. Subsequently he has performed for Disney on Broadway as the understudy to Lumiere in Beauty and the Beast, and as the understudy to Prince Eric in The Little Mermaid. Currently, Bret can be seen in as Vernon Castle in the musical, Castle Walk, which will be done at this season of NYMF.
